POSH.VISUALS – PHOTOSHOOT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the following terms carefully before booking a shoot with POSH.VISUALS. By booking, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

1. Booking Confirmation & Payment

  • Your shoot is only confirmed once your deposit or full payment is received, as specified by POSH.VISUALS.

  • NO CALL / NO SHOW will result in a $60 fee charged to your card.

  • Accepted payment methods:
    ✅ Cash
    ✅ Cash App ($2 processing fee applies)
    ❌ No Apple Pay, Zelle, or Venmo.

If a payment method isn't listed here, it's not accepted.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, provide at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Same-day reschedules are not allowed.

  • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $25 fee.

⏰ Late Policy:

  • 15-minute grace period.

  • After 15 minutes: $30 late fee, you will only get the remaining time left in your session.

  • After 20+ minutes: shoot may be canceled at the photographer’s discretion, and you will only get the remaining time left in your session.

4. Deposits & Refunds

  • All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Deposits cannot be transferred to a new date unless the reschedule happens within the same month.

  • You may only reschedule once, and it must be done with 24+ hours' notice.

  • If POSH.VISUALS must cancel due to unforeseen issues (e.g. weather, equipment), we will either reschedule or issue a full refund.

5. Client Responsibility (Image Selection)

‼️ You have 48 hours after your shoot to submit your image selections for editing.
After that, POSH.VISUALS is not responsible for editing any images from your session.

6. Copyright & Usage

  • All images are the intellectual property of POSH.VISUALS and are protected by copyright laws.

  • Commercial use requires written permission from POSH.VISUALS.

  • POSH.VISUALS may use your images for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing) at any time. If you have concerns, please discuss this before the shoot.

7. Shoot Conduct

  • Be on time and ready for your session.

  • Any additional people or pets must be approved in advance.

  • The photographer reserves the right to end the shoot (with no refund) if anyone behaves inappropriately or creates an unsafe environment.

8. Delivery of Images

  • Final edits will be delivered within the timeframe stated in your package, unless expedited editing was booked.

  • Add-on individuals receive 2 edited images of choice.

  • The number of final images varies based on the package or agreement.

🚫 Once the photos are taken on location, the shoot is completely non-refundable.
